    wow, probably shoulda read the rest.... ya know, i heard, what i thought to be the stupidest thing ever a few days ago... it was "you ask nice, you ask twice" But man.... I guess its true. You send them an email, politely worded, and you get nothing. You send them an agressive ultimatum of an email, and they go outta their way to help you....

    Nice guys finish last??
