I feel I got burned on Royal flush bonus carbon

Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated. During a cash game on carbon last night I hit a royal flush on a .50/$1 table. I was dealt KQ spades. I called a $5 raise. Flop was Js 10s 5h check check. Turn 2d other player bet $9.50 I called with numerous outs. River As ROYAL! He bet $12 so I raised to $24 and he folded and I showed my winning Royal Flush. So I also assumed I would recieve Carbons royal flush bonus of 100xBB which would have been $100. But this morning I recieved an email from them saying I dont qualify since all other players in hand folded. WTF?!?! Heres there qualifications................

Royal Flush Bonus Qualification:
Only available for real money Texas Hold'em ring games (not tournament hands)
Both Hole Cards must be used
Player must win hand / pot with the Royal Flush (no rabbit hunts)
Must be submitted within 48 hours from hand completion
If the Royal Flush comes down on a Deal It Twice table only the FIRST dealt turn and river qualify for the bonus.

Now maybe its just me but I assumed that since I had both whole cards and the whole board was out that I qualified as I did shoiw my hand after he folded to my reraise. It says "player must win hand/pot with the royal flush (no rabbit hunts)" Now I did win hand and i did win pot and I did not rabbit hunt the entire board was in play. But they say that since others folded even though I showed after he folded I do not qualify. SO PISSED!!!! IT DOESNT SAY PLAYER MUST SHOWDOWN WITH OTHER PLAYER!!! If I knew this would happen I would have just called his $12 bet after river and gotten the bonus,but i didnt know that had to happen. I was hoping the with the big bet of his he had hit a huge hand as well and would reraise me and i would have been golden!! So basically they are telling me not to reraise there and try to maximize my winning hand?!?!?! ARE YOU ****** KIDDING ME!!!!! i AM SO ******* MAD RIGHT NOW. I told them that my entire $700 would be coming off of their site. I am also a level earth player so Ive been there a while and have spent my fair share of money there. This just really really ERKS ME! If u ask me they should reword there qualifications. Sorry for the language NDN im just really tilted right now. I would appreciate your info NDN on this matter if you dont mind. I wrote them 2 very angry emails this morning and have not recieved a response yet. If I am wrong here please tell me that,but i think i deserve that $100 bonus. **** carbon!

so no bonus

The rules don't state that it must go to showdown. He met the req. of winning the hand with a royal flush on the board using his hole cards.

I'd definitely follow through on the threat to pull my money if they don't pay up.

I doubt you see anything from this besides a headache. A winning hand to them would probably be a "complete" hand. Complete hand meaning that at least two players show both of their cards after the river to declare the outright winner, think about it, makes sense.

Doesn't make sense at all to force a player to avoid maximum value from a hand.

I understand that,but it doesnt say "must go to showdown" thats my only problem. If I had known that i would have just called his $12 bet and not reraised to get the bonus. And honestly with his big bet after turn and after river i assumed he had a monster hand and that I was gonna get nicely paid off. So basically what it comes down to is.......I have the monster of all hands but due to the bonus I cant reraise and maximize my payoff cuz if he folds i dont recieve boinus. Stupid if u ask me
