    I understand that but ONCE again those are rules for the BAD BEAT JACKPOT...NOT THE ROYAL FLUSH BONUS!!! If it stated that for the royal flush bonus we wouldnt be having this problem in the first place!! sorry guys this still has me heated...im suirprised they havent tried shutting me up with some cheesy $5 entry coupon or something by now. Once I recieve my check in the mail I will be closing my carbon account.
    Exactly, nowhere in the terms of the Royal Flush Promotion did they say that. Had they, we would never have had this discussion, and they would be competely in the right in your case. But they did NOT say that in the terms.

    This type of customer service is not new to merge gaming. Please, please heed this as a warning.

    Wow. You didn't get burned, cheated, or otherwise screwed. It says you must have the winning hand, which means a showdown to most of the poker world, especially when looking for bonuses. Had you thought about it and just smooth called you pick up an extra $100, but you got GREEDY. I'm sorry you didn't get your bonus, but I don't see them paying you anything. They really don't care if 1 player quits over a deal because it doesn't cost them much, unless you put in HUGE volume.

    Just my thoughts, good luck trying to get anything from them.

    Well after a week and 20+ emails.....FINALLY SUCCESS!!! I have just recieved my $100 royal flush bonus and they gave me a $109 entry coupon to the 50k guarantee for my troubles!! I will next post my final email to them tonight followed by there final response.....tell me if you think they are honestly admitting they are wrong or if you think they were trying to shut me up.....you be the judge.....Thanks guys for givng me the encouragement to keep at this with them.......

    I told them to consider the matter closed, but to update their terms and conditions or to credit this bonus immediately if the same situation arises again in the future.

    Yup took awhile but end result is most def. to my liking. Closing on our house 2day so will be busy for a few weeks so wont be playing the $109 tourney for some weeks probably. But when I do,if I can cash,as I believe usually 50th even pays roughly $375, I would like to maybe fund a small $50 freeroll for NDN'ers,I know its still a fight to cash in this high stake tourney but hey ya never know. So yall better root me on when I play lol.
