I feel I got burned on Royal flush bonus carbon

it has to go all the way down till the end. terp u always want to pull ur money out when something happens. the rules state it perfectly. sometimes u should just call and think that u will make more money by getting the bonus. i have gotten the bonus 2 times on carbon so i know the rules. now what really would have sucked is that person had quad 7's or higher and u beat them and u werent playing at a bad beat table. now that wouyld really really suck.

I dont see where it clearly states that in the requirements. I held 2 whole cards,the whole board was out,i did not rabbit, i showed winning ahnd and won pot! I will withdrawl my total balance from carbon if they dont straighten thiis up. I withdrewl $400 the other day which is still pending and im gonna have them take out my other $300 and they better ****ing hope they dont charge me twice for withdrawling.

it has nothing to do with backing. i can tell that this is the 1st time u hit a royal flush. is that correct. well for anysite it has to go to a showdown. even if u didnt rabbit the hand still wasnt complete. i mean u won a uncomplete hand. the guy never called ur reraise so that makes it incomplete. u won against no one if u think about it. i cant support a no win situation. as for u threatening carbon good luck u wont get anywhere with them. maybe they will shoot u a $11 tourney credit. thats about it. if u had thousands in the acct and where a major rake contributor then u will get somewhere. trust me. been there done that.

I read the terms of the promotion, and they do NOT say that the hand must go to showdown. It doesnt matter since carbon/pdc support is the absolute worst on the entire net. I'm serious when I say I have no idea why anyone would play there.

Thank you Klinkman. Thats all im getting at,is that the terms are misleading and worded wrong. Im currently up to 6 emails with carbon with still only 1 response,still waitin for my withdrawl from tuesday to be processed as well. Bastards!

I'm sorry but it's like Eejit stated,the hand is not a complete one unless two or more players show their cards to decide which one is the winner.That is a complete hand,if the other player folds before that happens you automatically win by default.That is not a complete hand,and even if you show your cards after that it doesn't matter because you won by default (the other player folded)which ended the hand before it was completed.
I really feel sorry for you and wish that you could have gotten the Royal Flush Bonus,but I think you can argue till the end of time with Carbon Poker and it won't do you any good.
I know it doesn't happen that often but next time I don't think you will raise and it will go to a showdown . THEN you will win the hand and bonus.

I understand your point Glo. Yes I have hit royal flush b4 but in tourneys as tourneys make up 75% of my game play,never on a cash table. But once again my only beef is in my opinion it does not say "must showdown with another player" so they need to reword their requirements to be understood better.
