I feel I got burned on Royal flush bonus carbon

it has to go all the way down till the end. terp u always want to pull ur money out when something happens. the rules state it perfectly. sometimes u should just call and think that u will make more money by getting the bonus. i have gotten the bonus 2 times on carbon so i know the rules. now what really would have sucked is that person had quad 7's or higher and u beat them and u werent playing at a bad beat table. now that wouyld really really suck.

I dont see where it clearly states that in the requirements. I held 2 whole cards,the whole board was out,i did not rabbit, i showed winning ahnd and won pot! I will withdrawl my total balance from carbon if they dont straighten thiis up. I withdrewl $400 the other day which is still pending and im gonna have them take out my other $300 and they better ****ing hope they dont charge me twice for withdrawling.
