Ok you hold down the Alt key(it is on both sides of the space bar at the bottom of the keyboard usually), then enter the numbers while still holdind down the Alt key. After you put in the numbers, release the Alt key and a special character will appear.

ok true hillbilly here,I tried both sides of the #s I mean, all it does is jump to the top of the page.Thanks tho.
