I am sorry if you feel frustrated at the moment. Let me explain why posts are deleted, moved, and edited so that everyone has a clear understanding of why it's done.

The ultimate goal of this website is to keep it as up to date as possible. Therefore, if a post becomes old and is no longer relevant it is deleted. Please remember the key word there is relevant. I will never deleted an "old" post if I feel it will be useful to someone in the future.

Many posts are moved into a more appropriate section than the place they were originally posted. This is not done to upset the orignal poster - It is simply done to try to keep things more organized.

Posts are deleted for a number of reasons. If someone makes a post in the forum with a new legitamate casino bonus - I will more often than not delete that post and move it to the main pages of the site. This is done to make the site more easy to navigate. In the past as a player and forum member, I always found it a pain to have to go through forum threads to find the newest bonuses.

Last but not least, posts can/will be deleted if they are for offers at casinos that do not have good reputations, if offers are posted that are exclusive for other sites, or if an affiliate link is included in the post.

All of the reasons above make sense to me and I think they'll make sense to everyone else. Running it that way keeps things up to date, easy to navigate, and keeps the members safe from offers that are not trustworthy.

I hope you'll agree with me on this Iamjenn, but if you think there is something else we should try I am ALWAYS open to suggestions from everyone.

Jenn I can see how you might be offended on one hand but on the other hand I don't think you should take things so personal " that is definitly my job" lol !!!

Actually I see that you have six post up as we speak five of which are new bonuses to this site in the bingo section.

And...... furthermore you are delightful and full of life and smiles. People like YOU are hard to come by. I feel that I can speak for all of us here at NDN by saying that we enjoy your company and appreciate your input on no deposit bonuses. Also correct me if I am wrong .... but didn't NDN put one of your posted bonuses on His front page just this last week.
If NDN put one of my posted bonuses on his front page I would definitly feel way cool. Because this is a place that we can come and feel confident about the fact that we can totaly TRUST what we read and share here. I have to agree with jen, the first place I look for no deposit bonuses or deposit bonuses is on the forum, not on the home page, people like to talk about the bonuses and if they are good and what they won and so on, but if we post something here it is taken off pretty quickly and some people miss out on old bonuses because they are no where to be found, thats just my oppinion too, I love this site, but why dont you take a pole or something on this subject, I for one would love to see posts up for at least as long as the bonus is running

have to disagree Jenn, we have the good casino ,bad casino page here,I can only see the members being protected, and if your post or posts has relevance it is usally but in its appropraiate spot.Why would we want to be like other forums? You should know what your looking for at a site and where to look, its not just about free stuff.I don't think you can find a fairer site online. Thats my thoughts, good nite and good luck.

I have personally removed 2 that were posted.

One was Sierra star casino which is now listed on the main page.

And the other was GoldenArch casino.....(we know already the reputation preceeds them)

All other posts were moved to the appropriate section "Bingo"

I personally sent a PM explaining why the posts were removed.
As I do for nearly all posts that I do that with......

Our aim at NDN is not to upset people by removing posts....but as NDN has pointed out earlier...the forum runs smoothly the way it is set up...

Please remember there is a helpers section in the forum where you can earn money for No deposit offers not listed on the site....

Please take the time to read it....as we do like to reward the members for all their help.

Thanks for your reply to this post - I appreciate your input. Let's go into that a bit more. From the start of this site (and the old site that led to this site) I always had the impression that it was easier to find a bonus if it was in the format of the main pages here rather than digging through the forum. My reasoning is simple - Many of the bonuses you'd find in a forum thread are going to be ones that you have already used. Thus, if they are all on the main page - It makes it easier to see them all at once and know which ones you have used and which ones you haven't.

For those who have been around for a while - You'll remember that the forum was the last thing added. The site consisted of the main pages without a forum for a little while.

In my honest opinion (doesn't mean I am correct) - I believe the way things are setup now are the best for everyone. It is easy to navigate the main pages and use the bonuses. If we kept all of the posts in the forum - People would run into the problem of using the bonus from the main page and then trying to use the same bonus that they found in the forum. That is another reason why we remove posts (I had forgotten to mention that earlier).

Before I started this site I went through many many forums as a player and was always frustrated about having to go through all of the various threads only to find that the majority of the threads were bonuses I have already used.

You mentioned that "people miss out on old bonuses because they are no where to be found." I will have to disagree with you there. Traca and myself do not remove bonuses that are old and valid - We only remove bonuses that are old and expired. If any other bonuses are removed it is to protect the members (such as deleting a bonus that is listed for a casino that has a proven history of bad practices).

I've seen many sites similar to NDN and I really feel that we have something great here. The simple and easy to navigate main pages should be helpful to everyone. You can find the terms for each bonus quickly and thus maximize your chances of cashing out from a "no deposit" bonus by following the rules.

I will make a poll - But it really wouldn't change things too much. Traca and myself would still delete posts that we felt didnt' meet the standards of NDN. I would still feel as though all duplicate posts (bonuses that are on the main page and then posted in the forum) should be deleted. I would also continue to remove new offers and list them on the main page to make it easier to navigate for everyone.

Perhaps the poll results will go against my opinions - If that's the case changes will be made.

Would a "bonus talk" area of the forum be a helpful thing to add? That way people can discuss various bonuses that are listed on the main page and not in the forum (this would still be monitored and bonuses that Traca & I feel should not be listed would be removed).

I welcome more feedback from everyone on this!

just my 2 cents,

I check the forum alsmost every day and the frontpage just once in a while. I think it makes sence to remove forumposts that contain old bonuses. But I think the difficulty is to determain when a post contains an old bonus, because what's old to me might be new to someone else...

I think the current way the forum works is fine for regular visitors, because they'll know of most bonuses. But on the other hand there is not much against leaving posts with older bonuses, because they might be usefull for members who visit once in a while and regular visitors can look at the post, do nothing with it and go on..

I do think that post with "new" promos (like 4th of july offers) should be up for the time the offer is valid. Afer this there is no reson to leave it..

So I think the best way should be something like leave new promos up for a week or two and then they can be removed.. One important thing is that members should READ if something they want to post isn't online in the forum or main page yet before posting.

i guess my whole deal is, I like to read what others have experienced at the casino and if it is a good one to deposit at after you get a bonus, I have deposited at a quite a few different casinos, I personally would of liked siera star to stay on here so I could say how rude their customer support was after I made 2 deposits and how just take your no deposit and run, dont deposit there and that their games are virtually impossible to win on, I play the nickels and lost it without ever really winning anything to keep you going for a little bit, thats what is nice about having the no deposit stay on the forum for a couple weeks people can share their experiences. I still think this is the best site even if it doesn't sound like I am too happy, I tell people all the time to check you out.

If you feel as though you had a bad experience with their customer support - That is why there is a "bad casinos" area. A post there would let others know to keep an eye out and I would also be aware of your problem and more than willing to contact them to see if I can help in any way. Losing is not really a great reason to label it a "bad casino" - But if you received terrible support then that is a great reason to post there.

However, I see your point about discussing a particular bonus/casino - And I think if I create a "bonus talk" area of the forum - That might solve the problem.

I think this post orginated because we deleted a few "non-trustworthy" posts and wasn't quite in relation to discussing a bonus. I'm glad you brought up that aspect as I agree with you on that!

Hello, I recently posted about a $20.00 Flash Casino bonus and it was removed. I had no problem with that casino, but that is not the issue. If a post is made, I think that any negative opinions or cautions by NDN should be posted in the thread, in the first post position of the thread so that everyone sees the warning first. This allows each member to decide for themselves whether to visit the casino in question or not. This of course would apply to real casinos and exclude Spam.

The casino you posted was Casino-Flash or something along those lines.

Forgive my spelling here - That casino is also a sister of Casino Kajootoo and Casino Martius. I personally had problems with them in the past and thus would prefer not to promote them here so that others do not have problems. I had them listed on the old "white page" and learned from that mistake.

Thus, I still feel that it is in a way my "duty" to remove posts that I feel could harm other members/players if they decided to play at a particular casino. If I do not approve of a casino and remove it - I would assume the vast majority of members wouldn't want to waster their time dealing with the place either.

By the way, did you deposit with them at all? I'm curious to know if you had any recent experience there as a depositing player?

No, but I did deposit with Kajootoo via your post at GG and cashed out successfully for 3 times my deposit with no problem. Here again is a situation that pertains to an individual player and not every player. Also, I feel that the Forum section of NDN is for players to post and should not reflect any promoting by NDN. All other areas of the NDN website are soley used for NDN promotions, ie: Casinos, Poker Rooms, Bingo Halls and Sportsbooks. Please understand that NDN is, in my opinion, the BEST of it's kind on the net. My statements here are purely for the purpose of discussion. I think you guys are Great!

Thanks again for your reply - Your opinions are greatly appreciated as are everyone elses! While I might seem to be taking a "firm" stance on how things currently are - I still greatly appreciate opinions and discussion from everyone.

Although my particular situation pertained to a particular player (being me) - I still take the same action and remove the casino if it happenes to any other member. If a member has a problem with a casino and I am not able to get a response from them to get some more info or find a reasonable answer for the member - I feel it is right to remove that casino to prevent future hassles. This has been done several times (BlackDog most recently).

Therefore, I feel as though it was appropriate to remove Casino-Flash when it was posted and I will continue to remove casinos that I feel members will have problems with.

Whether or not the forum is strictly for players to post - It will always be a form of promotion (regardless of whether or not I make the post or have anything to do with it). If something is on NDN - I am responsible for it. I'd hate to lose members because they played at a casino on this site that was posted by someone else and it turned out to be a bad casino.

I believe the results are showing that things seem to be working great for most people and I believe that the majority also appreciate that we try to keep the dishonest casinos off of NDN.

However, I will indeed add a "bonus talk" area where members will be free to discuss bonuses - but this will still be monitored and any dishonest casinos will be removed.

i get the whole reasoning for all the points in this thread before i start, but...

The basic foundations of this website are to promote casinos with deposit and no deposit bonuses that we think are either worthwhile, or safe.

If someone promotes a casino for us to advertise for, and this casino has previous reputation of being unreliable, you have to understand that we delete these threads, as the people who like to gamble with some free money will do so ANYWHERE, good casino or bad.

The only reason we delete threads and other things that are worthy of deletion, is to keept he forum up to date, and to stop the members from being scammed, or hurt. This is meant to offend noone. In all honesty, i love the way this site is run, we provide only the most up to date bonuses for you guys, and i think we do it well.

This site is safe and secure for your gambling needs, because of the way NDN does things here.

The casino's you "promote" are listed on the NDN page. The forums are for us to discuss other places we find deposits at... or so was my understanding all along.

Ontilt, you'd be amazed at how many complaints I would get if I left up a post for a bad casino (even if I made a note not to deposit there). Personally I'd like each member to know that if it is listed at NDN they can be assured a safe playing experience and if they have any problems they know that they can contact me and I will do everything I can to get things taken care of.

i think this is a great setup NDN does alot for all membersincluding contests,the best poker league around ect. i find it hard to believe people are complaining, if a casino will not pay then why play there? do not stop posting but maybe do some researching first .
