I made a deposit with Aztecasino around 6/5/10 of $35 and receive a small bonus of about 35%, by 6/7/10 i was at $10,000.00 so I decieded to cash out the max which was $2,500.00 well long story short 4th person i spoke to finally told me would be up to 15 business day after paperwork that was emailed and faxed (dont get me started bout that) was approved, i kept calling and logging online to talk to live chat to find out about my withdrawal, on 6/16/10 I was asked to email the paperwork again, so i did right then, well today is 7/10/10 and i'm still waiting for the money and i still have up to 5 business days left to wait, the live chat (Alex) wont even check my acct anymore just rude. Needless to say the 10k went back to them, and when I asked for a free chip I was told I didnt qualify because I was making a withdrawal. That floored me.
