that's if you can keep up a 60% clip through 100 games at a 10% rake.

    Not an easy task.
But somedays I win iven more than 60% easy.
But I normaly dont play more than 5 games per day.
Right now I play the 10 double or nothing with a bankroll of 340$ on Stars.

well the 10 DoN on stars are 10.80$

So it is 8% of rake.

It depends on the site. Cake charges 7% on their DoN's. And yes, 60% cashing is profitable, and while there are definitely ways to improve that-in the 10 dollar games a good player might be able to hit 70-75% I think, any profit over a long term is strong.

I think I'm just over 50% and not beating the rake so far, but that's because I'm still figuring out bubble play in these.

it's profitable, but it's not worthwhile.

The only way I seem to do real well in double up is only play real strong hands and be super aggressive at the start get a big chipstack and just sit and wait for it to be over.

depends on how you define worthwhile. If you can multi-table them and win a steady 10 bucks an hour that might not be too bad. Steady 10 bucks an hour from poker beats flipping burgers any day.
