It depends a lot...
If for example u are really tired, after a long walk, or after a long day of work... Than if u smoke... (NOT TO MUCH) maybe 4 puffs of a good bud...
Than U will gain energy for sure... It does wonder for sex energy...

But it can work the other way also..
If U woke up like 1 hour ago, did nothing yet, is full of energy to spend, and u smoke it, it will drain your energy...
