Focus on something you feel very comfortable with like relaxing in the shade on a perfectly warm day. Put all of your mind at ease. Breath slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Now you are getting sleepy and you are very relaxed. Can you feel the calmness set in. The clear thoughts in your head. Or are you just hearing a barking dog in your ear? lol
