J10 of diamonds for me. It jsut looks pretty, i mean who can resist diamonds? But seriously its a very bad habit for me, anytime i see that hand i think of when i hit a royal flush with it at a casino to bring down a $400 pot. So in tournaments, even when i have been concentrating pretty hard and playing tight, if i see that hand my mind automatically thinks back to that huge pot and i become extremely loose with it. So it has actually hurt me in more tournaments than it has helped me lol.
on the other side something i never push with is jacks lol cause there are only two ways to play jacks... and they are both wrong!
My favorite marginal hand would have to be Q8 of spades. I love this hand because first of all I love Q's! I'm about girl power! Every time I have the queens, I usually win. And not only that but I usually get a straight with the 8. Either the low end or the high end. Or I can get a flush. Most times when I make this move with this hand, I typically see hands like AK or AJ and maybe even AQ but that would just be unlucky because that would mean that they have one of my Queens. And girls love girls! So we know who would win if that were to happen anyway. I don't like suited low cards that much because they hold no value against big hands unless you just get extremely lucky. With Q8 You can possibly beat the low pair calling all in or counterfeit them. Or, you can beat the AK sometimes. Even connectors don't hold the value. I guess it's all the action pre-flop but when shoving, it's a bad move from my experience.
I think statistically, youll have some hands that win more than they should for u. I dont rly like playing junk, but it seems whenever i have 8Ts, it comes 679, and there always seems to be action. Its my, near the end of first break, triple up hand; whenever it wins for me, its in that kind of situation.
My favorite hand is King, Jack. If it's time to go all-in, I'll do it every time with K, J.
