Yes. This will indeed be possible.

You will move up & down based on the quality of your posts.

As a very generic example:

You start off posting original and helpful/funny/entertaining posts for about a month. You will get lots of rep and will likely be in a higher level.

You then decide now is a good time to spam the forum with 1,000 articles from CNN about someone landing on the moon 199 years ago. You will lose rep for this and will likely go down a few levels. Actually, if you did this, you'd get banned because you'd obviously be trying to abuse the system, but you get the point!

I'm hoping the new system encourages people to spend a little more time on their posts and hopefully that will make the forum more enjoyable to read.

okay cool i got ur blessings to due it. look everyone ndn said i could spam the hell out of the forum after 3 months. oh i cant wait. lol well anyways it does make it better all around. we do have a few members here that i think are just posting for chips and not to help. they know who they are and i can guarantee they will speak up after this. guilty conscience is a mother F'er. well i am down fior this and everyone else should be but i do have one question. y does eejit get power. hes just the help he isnt a moderator. lol eejit u know i love u. hey my bbq i had last nice eej was great. still waiting for ur arrival.

Eejit101 has "power" because he is going to help me out with the system. He needs "power" to be able to impact the reputation of other members.

In some aspects he is a moderator, administrator, and regular member. However, he now has his own classification (eejit101).
