They set me up is what they did.
I won $200 on the orginal $100 NDB after a
$1500 play through.
I requested a cash out and was told to fill out authorization
form, which I did. While waiting, I decided to deposit my own money on the site, so I could play some more slots. After my deposit, I was prompted
to enter a deposit bonus code to be used on my next deposit.
Ok I entered it. Well it gave me the credit on this deposit.
They set me up.
Then some guido on the phone tells me that I mixed promos and
my balance is wiped clean.
I tried to argue my case and got a brick wall.
Now I'm scared my identity will be sold.
Never again will I play a casino.

While NDN does what he does, and he is good at what he does, ill offer some advice...

Firstly - always play at NDN approved casinos. This way you know your money is safe, and if, like no, something misfortunate happens, there is a possibility something can be done.

Secondly - Always read the rules for the bonus you are doing. With RTG more than anyone, as you have multiple bonuses to be claimed. With no deposit bonuses enter the code, and get your money. If you wish to cashout though if you make the playthrough, you must abide by their laws, they are giving away free money! Normally they come with restricted games, roulette, table games and such, and always have a playthrough (an amount you must wger before a cashout is possible). If you break these rules, your bonus will become void.

Thirdly - Deposit bonuses. All are different, each casino varies. Some are cashable, some arent. Some where u enter the code you get it for your next deposit, some for your last one.

In this case what has occured is ringo has played a NO DEPOSIT bonus and won the max amount, $200. He then became verified, and was able to cashout. This tkes about a week to avoid misure, underage gambling, money laundering and everything else inposed to be checked out by various states and government. It is a necessary annoyance.

Whilst waiting for the said week, ringo found he enjoyed the games and liked the casino, who wouldnt?

He then deposited his own money. This is never good, and through reading my last advice to someone who was going to do the same, wouldng have done it! But it is an easy mistake to make.

Doing this is never advisable. If your cashout of the ND bonus isnt complete, they might see it as attempted fraud. As your depositing your own money, and mixing it with money won from the ND bonus, or your current deposit bonus if you choose to make one. Therefore extracting more money possibly than you should be allowed to, and ALL CASINOS are incredibly aware of this, and will not hesitate to void your funds.

I know this for a fact as it happened to me once, luckily i got out of it and kept my personal deposit and winnings, but lost the bonus and points i had accrued. However, not everyone is so lucky.

So, even though you havent asked for them, heres my tips for safe casino play.

1 - Always play at NDN affiliated casinos.
2 - If using a No deposit bonus, read all terms. If your unsure, ask in a thread here, or ask their customer service, 95% of them have live chat features.
3 - Never mix bonuses. This will only lead to bad things.
4 - Never multi-account a casino.
5 - Never claim a bonus or activate a new one if you dont know what you are doing, or dont know the terms. Check first as to if it will affect your game choice, or current account value, or anything. And always request the email transcript of any live chat if they told you it would be ok and a problem ensues. That way, your always in the clear.


No trusted site will try and rip you off. They will only defend their moral rights to stop people attempting to cheat them out of money, whether they meant to be doing it or not.

This issue has been resolved.

NDN has helped me out of a problem with VIP and I got my $200 back.
I mixed promotions inadvertly and NDN worked his magic and resolved the issue. I would highly reccommend you give VIP Lounge a try.
