    being mexican-american with family in mexico city, i guess i should be the one to clue you in;

    A mexican in the usa will take a green card at the first opportunity.

    LOl i believe you are right man. I have alot of mexican friends being i live pretty close to mexico and this is really a true story, i was dumbfounded. I am still not sure if this was a joke on me or what?!
