If someone hacks your account and loses your money playing a fair and square game, too bad for you, you LOST it, the only way they can return you funds from a hacked account is if the hacker loses the money ON PURPOSE to someone else or transfers the funds from your account...so, careful yeah

Why wouldn't security pick up on the hacking?

I'm still not understanding how the poker room would not be-able to pick up on this.

How can they know you were hacked and that you are not on a trip to some other country and just decided to log on and play poker?

They record every IP you log on from, but how can they tell if it is you or someone else?

When you hack into software, not only does it cause a red flag, but it is traceable no matter what you do.

Ok, dude, you are the man then....

I just know what I know because I know....and I know of cases where hacked accounts have lost all funds, NON REFUNDABLE, so....you may want to explain that...

And we are NOT talking about hacking the PS software here, we are talking about hacking a person's login to a poker site to then make bad use of this person's money....but anyways...lol

The poker rooms liability is not what I was asking about. I'm not saying I'm the man (where did that come from?) All that I'm saying is that when you hack anything, you leave bread crumbs. Whether or not the poker room will be accountable is something I don't know.
