Has anyone received admin credit's from Absolute, Ultimate Bet, and/or Pokerstars?
How does this work exactly?

No I got ten bucks a few times at absolute, didn't ever know why.Is it to rake with?
I'm not sure what you mean by rake with but I think it has to do with marketing.
I dont know about UB or AP but, Stars does not grant any admin credits whatsoever, they hardly ever have a bonus offer for existing players LOL
But just to be clear: Rake = the comission the poker site gets for every hand that is played and a flop is seen.
What???????????
Ap gives $10 to ppl who havent deposited and played 4 ages. Why? To get them to come back! UB does the same as its the same company/super-user.
Stars will never do this as they dont need to, neither will FT (FT will give nice bonuses tho)
Okay, thanks for the update. That's what I figured but I thought I would ask.
Yeap, unfortunately stars doesnt do this, and lets get real, they are so big that if a player wants to play elsewhere because of better bonuses PokerStars will just say "good luck with that" while other sites will cry about you leaving and give you something to stay LOL
I think its just to get people re-interested and they may only give it to players that have a history of losing (no offense) but just to get rake and more money back into the flow of the site.
I get nothing from nobody
i got at least 3 free $10 from absolute poker, got them when i was'nt playing for sometime at AP.
Yeah when I stopped playing at AP for a few months, every month for like 4 months they would send me $10.
I rememeber gettin e-mails from party poker saying that hey had credited me with $50, they did that for a few months.
ALways nice to get a little surprise like that!
How can they afford this? Also, it makes me suspicious on their intentions.
I guess it would be. I need to dip my foot into the industry. I have investors for a poker room but I have to finish with my degree first.. Also, I'm looking for a support job while attending classes.
Yea, that was actually the case at the beginning but I was told I would begin training during the new year ( 09 ) so I'm just waiting to hear back from them. I hope it turns out, but I would be willing to move out of the states anyway. I really don't like the states and I think getting an entry level position would be good start in the industry.
Problem is they dont work that way, you would have to be here, apply from here, they would hire you for sure, lots of sportbooks and poker sites down here, including Stars, Ultimate Bet, Action Poker, Full Tilt, they all have support offices here
Yeah I live down here mate.
Well, thing is, for example, many sites had offshore employees based in the USA until the US started going grose on the online gaming, then the sites either moved their employees elsewhere or just got rid of them =o/
So if I were there.. Would I just got to the office and speak with management or how exactly does that work? When I first spoke to the 3rd party regarding my job they were going to have me down there to be a lead and look over the chats because of english being a second language.
