Are you living in Costa Rica?

I was told that it was okay for me to be in the U.S. and that they have some support members here. However, this is a 3rd party/affiliate that I'm referring to.

Well, thing is, for example, many sites had offshore employees based in the USA until the US started going grose on the online gaming, then the sites either moved their employees elsewhere or just got rid of them =o/

So if I were there.. Would I just got to the office and speak with management or how exactly does that work? When I first spoke to the 3rd party regarding my job they were going to have me down there to be a lead and look over the chats because of english being a second language.
