    There are 2 possible answers here. Both are correct. So ill give you both.

    Answer 1 - 9=3. This is simple as 3=9, so 9 must also equal 3.

    Answer 2- 9=420. This is because if we mathematically calculate this... f(n) = 8n^2 - (109/2)n + 201/2. f(9) = 420.
