Energy in motion

We all strive to be more positive in our lives, but negative influences have away of overshadowing our positive gains.

I pride myself on finding the positive in any situation and shun undo negativity before it grabs hold of anyone in my family.

My wife use to be ruled by negativity and after years of being around my positive spirit, she has become so positive that her coworkers admire her for it.

I stay positive on a daily basis by not letting things bother me and vent
when they do, quickly, so I can shed the negative energy before it can consume me for hours and days.

VENTING to someone is key and realizing that is why you are venting.
What ever you do, don't stuff your emotions when you get mad or hurt.
If you do this as a practice, your negative energy is stored within you until one day you explode. Emotion = Energy in motion

You have to keep you emotional energy moving to stay healthy both mentally and phyically.

All in all I would say that 95% of my year is completely positive.
5% negativity is so much less than most people have to deal with, so I feel truly blessed.

I couldn't imagine dealing with 50% negativity in my life, I hope none of you have too either.

My only negative influence in my life saddly are my parents.
Thank God they live 250 miles away.


How do you stay positive and what negative influences do you have that
just pushes your buttons?

The reason for this post is for you to at least be aware of the energy in your life and maybe this post will give you ideas on how to make your life happier and more fulfilling.

Klinkman's love and the power of music are what keep me going and keep the positive energy happening in my life.

The negativity comes from my parents, especially my mom, as I've posted about before.

Thanks for the reminder to focus on the positive, I know its something that I strive to do every day, even during the worst beats at the poker table and in life!

I honestly dont stay positive.

Im always happy on here, but thats just here. And on here i wont reveal anything too personal, or more personal than i already have.

Ever noticed how all i want to do is run away for the last year or so? Theres reasoning my man.

Always tell the truth
Be able to laugh at youself
Emotional venting
Realize that sh-t happens and don't take things to seriously.
A negative work enviroment is more difficult to deal with.
But if you stay true to yourself and find ways to love yourself,
you will reach a higher consciousness that will allow you to be positive very simply.
Always carry a picture of yourself as a child and reflect on your dreams and desires and you happy monents as a child.
Try to find the positive in every little thing you do.

Wow de ja vu here. Mike matusow decided to apply the theory of positive energy in the wsop main event, and amazingly enough he did really well(I think this was in 2008). I to try to stay as positive as possible, because why stay down and out and angry about things that are usually things you cant control? Except politics, that always gets my negative energies going. When it comes to politics...... nevermind im not even gonna get started lol.
