change my default time

i need help changing my default time zone please as my time on the forum and real time is 12 hours different lol i looked in user cp but did not see it please help any help would be greatly appreciated

Just in case someone else comes accross this issue:

USER CP / Edit Options

You will be able to select your correct timezone there :)
