can only claim one promotion per hr

I downloaded and played the no dep promotion and when i downloaded another i got an error message 203 so i went to chat and here's what they said:

man always something....its like the banks ..they set up credit in a way to lure unsuspecting ppl beguiled by their claims and promises even though they are below the income level to be able to manage it. Then when it goes bad they cry that THEY were are the poor babies burdened with deadbeat costumers not being able to pay back debt. Things that should be considered fraud are claimed as "just doing business". welcome to america ..... welcome to america
