Casino Reservations/Harrahs Cherokee

Wow, I have been on the phone with 4 different hosts at Harrahs Cherokee trying to get free comped rooms for past play. I cant believe the hassle I got compared to last year. I got my 2 free nights June 5/6 if anyone wants to show up. However it took all my convincing even though I had comps available. It has really tightened up here and don't know why. The 4th host was great and offered it right away. If you are trying to get free stuff at a casino, I guess the thing to do is KEEP TRYING till you get it or get tired. Hope some can come if you are nearby. Will post my room # when I get there. Have room for a good looking female in my room....... I will try the new holdem with electronic dealer this trip and the BJ too.

The electronic dealers are great. Played on quite a few and have really enjoyed them. I hope you do too.

Let us know how your trip goes, and I hate customer service from most companies, they are so lame, and incompetent most times, and you get passed to five different people, but then maybe that's just the ones they don't want to deal with, you know.

The call center for Harrahs (1-800HARRAHS) is in Texas. They dictate to all the casino guests what they can get unless you ***** alot..LOL
