I know that I do some prep's before I begin playing online such as eating a healthy meal, playing a calming track, and well hydrated but I would like to know what has worked for other people in their experiences.

i dont think that's the kind of preparation when you play online cause you do those thing naturally even though your not going to play online or not.Maybe first thing you must prepare is how far will you go(in terms of money) or how well do you know the game to play with money or gamble.

I see what your saying, any tips on keeping my head straight when managing my funds? I have a huge problem with stoping, I can make a lot of money in a short amount of time but always loose it by playing out of my stakes with greed in my eyes before I am able to cash out after 48 hours.

LOL.. im not the authority to make suggestions on that cause its also my problem , i just shared it to you cause thats is the difficult part im experiencing.

I'm going to do some research to better help us with this. I'm sure that we can over come it, it is the reason why I am on this forum. If we don't make some changes we will never succeed in this industry.
