I am SO psyched about the upcoming football season! College and pro. I was watching ESPN today and saw an amazing stat for the Houston Texans...they went 9-7 in AFC South last year, and 5 of those losses were by one score or less(1 to 8 points). Thats a pretty good year if you ask me...I think this season, with an improved running game, they could go deep in the playoffs. With Ben Tatum being drafted out of Auburn as a big back(5'11 220lbs), this could be the cure for Steve Slaton's fumblitis this year...don't give him the ball. Slaton is more of a west coast O back anyways, he's good for screen passes and short dinky shots to the flat or over the middle. You may think I'm crazy, BUT did you know that Matt Schaub led the league in passing? While everyone was talking about Brett Favre and Drew Brees, Schaub was busy putting up 9, COUNT EM, 9- 300+ yard games, and only 1 game last year did he throw for less than 200, and that was against the J-E-T-S, Jets jets jets(game 1, 2009). I still think the Texans need a solid short-game possession wide receiver to take the load off of Andre Johnson, who came in as a rookie and had a phenominal year 101 reception for 1,569 yards...WOW.

Last year I was all over the Ravens, mainly Ray Rice(my homey), this year I will be keeping a close eye on the texans, I think something big is in the works for these guys!

P.S. Just got Verizon Fios hooked up today and it's amazing, wayyy better than reg cable! I have an app setup for sunday(gameday) where my Fantasy FB team has it's own 3-inch corner of my screen and everytime one of my players score, it shows on my screen, pretty sick!

Double P.S. If you have a team you think is going to run sh!t this year in college or pro fb, write about them here, I wanna hear about them and why. And I don't wan't to hear how you are a diehard (insert crapy sports team here) fan and they are the best team ever, because they are not.

Also, starting one week out from the season I will be giving my lock picks for college football for all you gamblers out there, remember last bowl season??? 5 for 6 on my locks is pretty freakin good!

I am still waiting to see if NDN is gonna have another fantasy league here again, but some good fantasy leagues links would be cool. I am looking around trying to find the best bet league and will let you all know if i found a really good one

I am checking out espn now, i see they have several prize leagues too. If you need a team let me know and I will sign up on your league. If not i will just join some random league if we cant get one started here

I usually wait until right around preseason to do a draft, just because there's always that star player that goes down in camp...I'll let you know

Watch out for the NFC east winner.....NOT the COWBOYS or Eagles or even my team Giants........ REDSKINs are dangerous and under rated right now!!!! First off two easy wins vs the eagles b/c mcnabb will beat the eagles!!! new coach shanahan..... I am a big football bettor and redskins are going to be my team for the season!!

Last year redskins were almost the first team to beat the saints (missed FG)
and they were ok in the division.....

Redskin maybe be superbowl bound..... dont worry I will be betting redskin to win the division and superbowl when week one starts!!!! HUge pay day if they do......
