    Default Hand from tonights freeroll

I am completely broke on Fulltilt. Not even a penny to chat. I get this hand and I don't no why I thought I could win. I guess I just don't have what it takes to keep getting beats like this one. I was sure this was my night to get a new bankroll, but I guess I was wrong. The RNG has a hit out on me. Crap! X

BTW, I did not expect the player to fold QQ, just want the RNG to allow aces to win with the win rate they are supposed to have. Chit happens, just seem to be stepping in it a little more than norm. X

It does, its valled variance. And it sucks, but you forget the hands you win with AA and remember the losses

It seems like alot of chips for small blinds. Looks like he /she has been on a hot streak and that is the last person you want calling lol, tuff beat but there will be other tourneys for your aces to hold up.

It takes a lot of hands to review to determine how aces and other large pocket pairs hold. I don't see aces fairing very well online. I see them hold a lot better live. I expect to lose sometimes, but the most I have won lately with big pairs is the blinds. I see KK attract an ace all day even when the kicker is crap. I know that AA is just one pair, but the five cards with four to a flush is just over the top. Give the other player a freaking queen for goodness sakes, but not four clubs. If I had the ace of club the RNG would have spit out a queen for sure, maybe even two of them. JMHO. X

I know, but trust me and everyone else who has logged probably way over 1,000,000 hands, its variance. Live vs Online makes no difference

Pocket kings have been called ace magnets since before people were playing online.

Trust us, the win rates are all correct. Some of us have hundreds of thousands - millions of hands logged. The rates are correct.

I'm not sure what analysis you want here, though. It was just a bad beat. I was playing cash with a full 100bb stack earlier and flop came A94, 2 hearts, and my AK got it all in with a bigger stack AK who held the Ace of hearts vs my King of hearts and he ran the hearts to flush. It sucked, but you just have to shrug it off if you made a +ev play, and learn from it if you made a -ev play.

I hated not being able to play last night's freeroll (car problems), though if I played I would have taken the worst bad beat as usual.

At one point I had over 30k hands logged into Poker Tracker. Mind you this is a small sample size, but it works to prove the point. I checked my draw rate for pocket pairs and found it to be almost exactly the proper percentage. I was off by like two tenths a percent, which is next to nothing in a sample size if that size. Having logged hundreds of thousands of hands across various sites, the numbers come out correct. The biggest factor in your A's winning is the quality of players you are running against. The better the players, the less you win, if you play your hands in a pridictable manner. The run of clubs needs to be written off as a cooler and move on. If having your A's cracked tilts you that bad, you might want to consider a different game.
