what a joke had played all day slots ran fine got there 4 the tourney and my game would just scroll for about a min each spin so i was screwed...i went to live they said a tech was sent...it wasnt just me ...when they got the site back up they wpouldnt let me have a doover since it was their equipment that failed not me i thot i was due ...after another trip to live help without satisfaction i sent a letter and this is my response

We had some technical problems with the Slots Tournaments server last night, this as you can imagine affected a lot of our players.

We cannot just let players re-take their turns, as some players didn’t even get the chance to take a turn.

The issue has been emailed to our management team, to check and see what they can do with the players affected by this.

As it is the weekend, this will not be resolved until the management team are back in on Monday.

If you can please just be patient with us, you will hear back regarding this once the management team have found a solution.
