The most pressing issue with FIFA is that they have to get better officials. I've been watching the World Cup since the 80s, and I've never seen officiating as bad as this year. For example: no World Cup final had ever had more than five yellow cards; this year Netherlands had seven by themselves in the final game. The goals the US had taken away from them in the early round were a joke. How about instant reply for goals as well. Maybe soccer can enter the 21st century someday.
