    Default DO NOT PLAY AT Connecttocasino!!



    I know I am probably one of many, I should have listened to all the bad press I read. I made several small deposits because of the large bonus offers (good way to pass a few hours). The playthrough is so high I never expected to cashout but I did end up hitting a Royal for 1,000.00, I contiuned to play .. met the playthrough requirement and requested a 300.00 withdrawl. That was three weeks ago, they locked me out of the casino as soon as I requested the withdrawl and have not responded to any of my e-mails. PLEASE .. stay away from this casino ..

    On a better note I did hit a Royal at Platinum Play a few months ago for 2000.00 I put in my request and received a check in 72 hrs.

    Sorry to hear about your experience - I guess we all learn the hard way.
    I had them up a LONG time ago, but quickly took them down as I learned more about them. Don't plan on seeing them back on the pages for a while.

    Congrats on the $2k win! Very nice to be able to hit that after your prior experience with Connecto!

    That casino is part of a bad bunch. I saw a post once that stated for rule of thumb,

    If a online casino is giving out lots of good sized free chips often and irresistible huge deposit bonuses chances are they are only doing that because they know your not gonna get paid!

    Ok cool cat casino - I signed up made a $200.00 Deposit didnt even claim a sign up bonus figured why bother I deposited enough in one lump sum to make some action or move on .

    After 8 spins betting $ 2.00 I hit the RANDOM PROGRESSIVE on the Victory slots $ 5476.00 . I about had a stroke peed on myself all of the above!

    I contacted support said how do I cash out they gave me a delayed response via live chat . send in photo ID and a utility bill and to click the overnight express button . As for USA players this is the fastest way to get your money but they also offered moneygram/ western union in 2000.00 Increments.

    So off to the withdraw screen I did as told and kept some in my casino account to play on as they said the process takes almost 10-15 days ..


    Here I am playing and winning more n more - all the sudden I hit another 8k progressive !!! holy cow I thought and it was during a FREE BONUS SPIN ... during the middle of it spinning the casino shut down !!

    I thought it was my isp connection or something , I go to log back in after rebooting and i get - YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LOG INTO CASINO contact customer support !
    so I CALLED my god I just got off the phone with them - they said sorry about the inconvenience sometimes they do security checks I said ok and they let me log back in - MY 5000.00 was GONE and my 8000 was GONE !!

    I contacted them back feeling as if I was robbed and they said must have been a system glitch they gave me back ONLY my 200.00 of my original deposit and I NEVER HIT ONE THING OVER 20.00 until it was depleted to $ 0.00

    talk about BS !!!! what would you do ????????? this happened 3 days ago

    Can you please confirm this was at Cool Cat Casino (this thread is about Connect2Casino).

    yes thats real BS , security check my ***!nothing goes wrong when losing but when you win you get all the excuses in the world system error.casinos got their hands wrapped around our necks if they want to kill us were dead....lol there should be something we can do to avoid these hassles.

    one more thing about casinos is why dont they make the photo id and utility bill a requirement before you can deposit so that they wont ask these requirements when you make a withdrawal.or maybe they should ask these requirement upon registration so when anyone cashes out they already know they are eligible,th they use all dirty tactics when you cash out and not when your depositing. in the end after you have made many deposits and got lucky and finally your happy cause your at the cashier not to deposit but withdraw and they will just tell you your not elible or allowed to play in the casino.

    you know what like i said in another post of mine here that timing is the key to winning, the best way to gamble is hit and run (for me it is) thats why when i make a deposit i dont take bonus money with X20 or how many playthrough you need to cash-out. For me getting bonuses for your deposit is a no no! it destroys your timing, it makees you play very long , actually its a non-stop play whe you take a bonus offer. hit & run is gone!And you will be playing for hours to days and your playthrough isnt complete.

    IN SHORT WHEN YOU TAKE A BONUS DEPOSIT YOUR PLAYING WITH THEIR (CASINOS)
    STRATEGY!and your strategy is gone.that is why i dont like getting bonus on my deposit.

    There is something you can do. Stick to the places that I endorse! I'll be able to help with any issues that occur at those places.

    I also don't fully agree on the ID issue.

    At this time, it would be a terrible move for casinos to require your ID to be sent in before depositing. That would significantly decrease the number of new players at any casino and it would make it harder for them to stay in business. If the entire industry made a move to require that, it might make sense, but at this time it does not.

    THe reason I said cool cat was when I first went to customer service after winning the first progressive they answered as cool cat in there live chat window. I know they did something to the program because my winnings went blank and I came back to nothing after being locked out for security check and no other information . they made me give them my name bob email mailing address and telephone number in live chat and then so sorry it was unexplainable but yet I was allowed back in. INTO a broke account with my ORIGINAL $ 200.00 deposit and not a single winning hand over 20.00 on any slot machine I tried !!!! all the way back down to a zero balance .....

    I honestly think they are BS and I will put a block on the ACH that I submitted as a deposit to me that is only FAIR !!! thank you for any concern but they dont care they are out for our money and they obviously hav econtrole over what we win and how or what they DECIDE to give us !!!

    It almost made me feel as if they had second chance to steal my identity and account information .....

    Ok I am making chips and getting this story out so I feel like a winner eather way here even though I was crapped on by that particular casino .. LOL

    this is how it all went down .


    I did the ACH thing for $200. claimed NO BONUS so not to worry about playthrough hassles. THis lady calls my phone to process the ACH deposit getting my ID num ect ect DOB all that .
    I then log in and start looking around picked one slot called VICTORY didnt even know it had a progressive on it wasnt paying attention. put it on auto I think it was on 2.00 a spin hell It might have been a mistake of 20.00 a spin. LOL Needless to say
    I hit something because I heard a bell go off - I looked at the screen and it said I had over 5000.00 in my balance - I got excited jumped to live help said how do I cash out - I got a major story about how USA it is either on express check sent to your home address or money gram or WU which ever one is fastest to your hands .

    So I go to cash out window and they said you cant do Money gram over 2000.00 so I cashed out for 1800.00 yet there is NO button for moneygram only check - I kept somne money in my accoutn to play on as they said this will take like 15 days after they get your ID and utility bill . I go to scan my stuffand start spinning again and hit another !!! as im in free spins im locked down and cant log back in cause it said I was NOT allowed- I contacted them they say give me all your info and then say oh im sorry it was security check random - go ahead and log back in - When I did not only was my original winnings gone so was thesecond !!! only the $200 plus I think 20.00 and 8 more freespins from when I crashed. I played it off and said hell with it all -- Thats about the word for word of it all anything else i will be glad to answer via PM
