They did not manually credit my account & when I asked livechat about the code they said you cannot redeem it's only for a specific group .. I said I am a part of that group .. they didn't respond

Has anybody been able to collect on this sign up bonus?
I'm 5 days worth waiting and there is NO WAY I'll ever be depositing to a place that has such poor customer service.
The majority of the players have not had any problems receiving this bonus.
I believe your particular case is just a series of unfortunate circumstances.
