True, my cats like the rain. In fact they love to stay in the house and watch it through the window. lol One of my cats actually does love water though. If she hears the water turn on in the bath tub, she is in there on the rim of the tub wanting to take a bath or shower. (with you) It drives me crazy. It's like don't start the water before you shut the door and lock it!
