Recently I have been killing the 6 max .10/.25 Cap NLH games on Full Tilt, and I figured I would share what has been working so well for me.

First of all, the tables I have been playing at have been very loose, with most of the players playing passively. Now these types of games are easy to beat no matter the strategy you use, but what I have been doing seems to be working extremely well. However, if the table is playing tight this strategy will not work, so be alert to the players around you.

1. Play a lot of hands preflop. Limp behind limpers, but if you're first in raise it up. Play hands like suited Aces, Suited connector and 1 gaps, all pairs, suited kings, and some not suited 2 big card hands. Still raise and reraise with your big hands, AA, KK, AK and the like.

2. Get away from most marginal hands after the flop. If your suited connectors make middle pair or something along those lines, get away if facing a bet. Playing these marginal spots will put you in a win small/lose big situation, which is exactly what this strategy is seeking to avoid.

3. Do not be afraid to raise when you have a strong hand. If you hit your set, or a straight, or a big combination draw, and there is a bet in front of you, in many cases it is right to reraise, as people with draws will call even if you give them poor pot odds to do so, so you should do so.

4. Don't be afraid to slowplay. If you do hold a strong hand and it's checked around to you, and your holding is not very vulnerable, it's ok to check and try and let someone catch up so you can value bet later.

5. Play position. It's easiest to implement this strategy while in position, so seek to play more pots while in position, and try to raise to buy the button when not in position.

6. Don't Tilt. This strategy will get your opponents to get their chips in with the worst of it much of the time, but they will suck out on you sometimes. If you can't handle it, and it can be tough, don't use it, go to an aggressive strategy that gets people off of their hands, thus reducing bad beats.
