I have one more crazy poker idea to float around and see what everyone thinks.

I was thinking about having a series of tournaments that would take place all at once.

I'm talking about playing A LOT of tournaments that all have the same start time.

For example, everyone would register for 8 different tournaments (on the same site) and each tournament would start at the same time. It would be a contest that would test your skills at making fast decisions at the poker table.

You would get points based on your finish in each tournament and the person with the most points in all 8 tournaments would be the champion!

This is the "rough draft" of this idea. Please let me know your thoughts!

They could all be freerolls or a combination of both (we can decide later). If we did do a mix, I would keep the buy-ins very low. I wouldn't expect most people would like to risk too much money in a fast paced event like this one would be.

We have a lot of poker stuff to get done!

I was thinking this idea along with a poker marathon would be a great way to jump start the NDNPT. Look for the poker marathon and this idea to come first and then the NDNPT to follow.

We also have the Heads-Up challenge too!

So much to do and so little time to do it in!

great idea!!!! but only a few poker rooms could support having 8 windows open at once and some people's computers cant take it but i am game for any challange. i never thought of this before. i knew i should of tried multiy tabling more than just 2 tables.

Plus, I do believe you had mentioned on previous posts that you intended this to happen all at PokerStars so, we could even play like 30 games at once there, LMAO

I'm game, but would rather it be a merge site. Just more comfortable playing there. Not sure about 8 at once so far 4 at once has been my limit and that is crazy.

The more I think about it, the more I think I'd want it to be at a Merge site too. They are a lot more helpful when it comes to setting up tournaments and offering prizes.

We may very well find ourselves playing on a lot of the Merge sites in the future!

Any of those would work for me. Not much money at Golden Arch though. I play the most at Reefer, they have a couple of tournaments on Sat. and Sun. that the other sites don't have. One is WakenBake and the other is the 420. WakenBake is a rebuy so don't play that very often, but like to play the 420 alot, both have money added and small field.
