I am not going to contact support again. Susan from live support told me that I was not going to get one. Due to the fact that I did not register thru an affiliate link. I have installed every other (USA OK) RIVAL casino using affiliate links PROBLEM free! I know how to properly use a link provided from an affiliate to obtain promotions. Some are exclusively tied with an affiliate link! That reason is complete nonsense!
I think this particular RIVAL casino is not up to the task of error free management of A casino. Almost every other forum on the Web has A thread very similar to the one we have going here. Peoiple that have downloaded the casino thru A affiliates link but did not get the ND bonus. Then, just as in our thread, others were able to go thru live chat an successfully get it! Others, like myself, did not get it! Makes me wonder if they awarded it to accounts at random to introduce confusion in whatever problem they seem to be going thru!
Remember, the reason they gave me for not getting the bonus was, blamed on me! "It was my fault for not going thru an affiliate with the ND offer!"
Its either incompetent management or A motive. The motive may be the desire to reduce costs associated with affiliates! The reason used to deny many of us the ND bonus effectively divorces the affiliate from the account.
The $15 ND bonus some of us were denied, is trivial compared to affiliates lost commissions, effectively removed by assuming accounts in this fashion!
If you did not receive this bonus upon registration and you were not able to get the bonus from their live chat support, I would be happy to get this bonus credited for you if you would like it.
Please send me a private message with your casino details and I will have them credit the bonus.
This is a new casino and I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt on this for the time being.

Remember if your claiming free money at Rival casino's you can only claim one per hour. So if you claim $20.00 at one casino and then go to another to claim a different freebie you have to wait one hour before you can get it.

FYI: I deposit and play at probably ALL of the Rivals... this lil piece of crap wants to be ultra selective... that means if you have other Rival accounts at DIFFERENT Rivals, they will NOT let you play there any freebies... really? I got that 15. freebie recently and just about blew up because they did not allow the initial freebie to sign up, AND found another player this happened to.. person had actually deposited here and then took the freebie and won.. even though the rollover I believe was 100X !!! Their reply? He COULD NOT cash out because he had multiple Rival accounts... deposit all you want but no freebies? I dont think so! This is the only RIVAL I would give a "hello no" to!
I noticed that when I opened the casino early this morning it downloaded some updates and still said "New promotions are coming soon".
HOWEVER: When I clicked on CASAHIER, the $15 ND bonus was listed. I am refering to the same one RocketManAA last referred us to. I thought that was a little weird but it was there! Almost never even clicked on the cashier since it said that msg at the Home screen.
