I feel I got burned on Royal flush bonus carbon

I appreciate all the post guys. And Terp is stating my point exactly,they need to revise the wording. I just got back from a 4 day trip to NY so havent been online since last thursday. My last response from Carbon support was "we will pass your emails on to our superiors and you will recieve a response back"....well here it is 5 days later and nada. Figures. I will update any info i get from them concerning this.

I did send them an email about this a few days ago and I am also waiting to hear back from them. I'll be sure to send you a private message after I hear back.

Thanx NDN,appreciate lookininto it for me. I wrote them a very entailed email this morning,including how its not even about the money anymore but the principle. I just want them to say yes sir,your right sir,SORRY lol. And that this wont happen to anyone again,if they revise their "requirements. They have gotten backi to be saying that they were forwarding my messages to the "relevant department" and they will respond to me,should i hold my breathe???

Well I finally recieved an email from a carbon manager and he must be high or something because he is stating the "bad beat jacpot requirements" and not the "royal flush bonus requirements" however in the bad beat jackpot requirement it is clearly stated,but thats not what im trying to get. I wrote them back nd basically told them to get their heads outta their asses!! heres the email..........

Requirements
Bad Beat Jackpot requirements:

The losing hand must be at least a Four of a Kind 7's
The winning hand must be at least a Four of a Kind 8's
Both the winning and losing hands must include both hole cards.
At least four players must be dealt in at the start of the hand
The hand must have generated jackpot rake (ie. $0.50)
Two or more players must be active at the end of the hand, and it must go to showdown.
CarbonPoker does not tolerate collusion. All players must act independently and not reveal their hands to other players, nor tell them how to act. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in automatic disqualification from the Bad Beat Jackpot.
Players sitting out at the Bad Beat Jackpot tables are not eligible for the Bad Beat Jackpot.

I understand that but ONCE again those are rules for the BAD BEAT JACKPOT...NOT THE ROYAL FLUSH BONUS!!! If it stated that for the royal flush bonus we wouldnt be having this problem in the first place!! sorry guys this still has me heated...im suirprised they havent tried shutting me up with some cheesy $5 entry coupon or something by now. Once I recieve my check in the mail I will be closing my carbon account.

Exactly, nowhere in the terms of the Royal Flush Promotion did they say that. Had they, we would never have had this discussion, and they would be competely in the right in your case. But they did NOT say that in the terms.

This type of customer service is not new to merge gaming. Please, please heed this as a warning.

You send them an email, politely worded, and you get nothing. You send them an agressive ultimatum of an email, and they go outta their way to help you....
