You guys are missing the point.

He did EVERYTHING that is stated in the rules. I know most sites state that you must win the hand in showdown, but the rules for this particular promotion DO not say he must win a showdown. They say he must win a hand with a royal with 2 hole cards and the rest on the board. He did that. He met the requirements for the promotion, and now they are ignoring payment based on him not meeting a requirement that was NEVER stated.

It's bait and switch and completely dishonest.
