......so me and thenutz started a BR together about a week ago....its going well and all of a sudden i get on my acct and the BR is gone.....he just took it all 140 gone 0 left in the acct......so he steals from ppl that trust him and are freinds with him even in real life....most untrusted preson

Stealing is stealing - Plain and simple. It doesn't matter the amount.

I wouldn't comment on such a serious issue if I didn't have my facts straight. I think we all know that.

Bottom line is, he staked you for a game, you didn't play it when you were supposed to, therefore the stake is void and the money should be returned.

I'm frustrated that someone would blatantly steal from another member (one who we all respect) and then use NDN to call someone else dishonest and try to defend themselves when it's perfectly clear that they are in the wrong.

The terms are not set in stone and can be determined by the staker. If the staker says I want the buy-in back, then that is the term. If the staker does a 50-50 proposal, in which the player pays 50% of his winnings to the staker, then that is the terms.

There are alot of different types of stakes, and what you havent seem to follow is you didnt follow your terms. Terp said lets play a game together, you didnt, and when ask for the 10 bucks, wouldnt it seem obvious that the term was to give the buy-in back?

I suggest you read the theory of staking in a well known book called " The Professional, The Banker, And The Suicide King" written by Micheal Craig.

No, you didn't. I asked you about 6 or 7 days after sending you the money if you played a game. You said no. I then asked you for the money back after that. You told me to **** off.


Why would I stake you for a game without wanting to know what game you were playing? I'd obviously want to check up on it/possibly watch, rather than just take your word for it that you lost.


You're obviously a person not to trust and I'm fairly certain everyone here now knows it. You know what the right thing to do is and yet you refuse to do it.

About time i posted some thoughts.....

1 - I do not know the terms of Terps and Eric's stake deal. From reading the other threads, Eric admitted he hadnt played the game to start with, then after a day or so said he had.

The issue here is that if you dont play a stake at the correct time as was agreed, you can easily play the game and win at a later date, then in order to avoid giving someone their % of the win, play another game of the same kind just after.

2 - This thread is confusing. Nuts stole $140 from you? Then he didnt. If this is a personal joke then I hope it was fun, but something like this will bring up all the problems in the past, so I am not sure as to your motivation for it.

3 - Ive played thousands of stakes for people on here. Only very occasionally will there be a deal for them to get it refunded if i lose. If you played as stated, and have proved it, then your all clear. But from what i see you played at a much later date, so really, on just pure morals alone, I would pay it back. $11 is nothing.

4 - Staking terms are indeed agreed upon by both parites. Ive lost countless games for people and then volunteered to give them a refund. Just ask ringo, or terp, or target, or anyone.

Personally I wont voice my own opinion, aside from say morally I would give it back, out of respect for everyone, but honesty always works. Even if you cant pay it back, at least give a date when you can if its a loan or something.


Anyway, I hope this gets sorted somehow. Gl

Yes indeed Esmordan and I started a BR on tilt under esmordan name. We bought in 50 each and got it to 200 then lost 60ish. there was 140 in the account last night at 9pm.......

I who has been a victim (several times) of not getting paid back or takes 6 months to get paid back by esmordan... 6 months ago esmordan and I went to AC and i lent him some money....last month i final got paid in full.....

So what did I Do: I transfer out the 140 and played a joke on esmordan for pay back... and to know what it feels like....Was it funny, maybe......esmordan half ($70) dollars is now back on his fulltilt account..So I did not steal any money.....I have done a lot of transaction on here, and staking and gifting money to a lot of the NDN community. I do not steal or cheat.

P.s after putting the money back, i bought a scratch off and won 100....I am a strong believer in KARMA!!!!!

wow i thot the girls club was full of back stabbing ..but no here it is ...after reading all i see iot like this ....you were given a stake to play a game....you didn't do it.....so right there and then the deal is over....money should have ben sent to Terp.....you chose to play another game.....how can we be sure the game u said you played is the one you played with THE 10 dollars....or a game that you played after playing a game with THE ten dollars....so u see where u playing a different game then the one agreed is bogus on your part and you still owe the ten back to TERP.
