Club world casino took me for a total of 400 dollars.

after we had our blackjack tourney I used the 15 dollar welcome bonus to play at the casino. which i got it up to 350 and cashed out...after a couple of days they ask me to verify my account which i did. after that they approved my withdraw and then ask me to deposit for the withdraw to go through. I did that and today i had a live chat and they said my withdraw was voided b/c I used two sign up bonus. after proving them wrong on that they said i did not follow terms and conditions. so i look at the terms & C. they said i broke this:

6. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that is to be completed on a specific selection of games. Any wagers made on games that are excluded from the wagering requirement before the wagering requirement is completed will result in the bonus and any winnings being void. The player must be aware of and accept these terms and conditions before playing the bonus.


which i upset about b/c they dont tell you which games. so then i looked at the next rule: and thought theses were the games i couldnt wager on:

7. Bets placed on Baccarat, Craps, Roulette games and Sic Bo do not count towards the wagering requirements of any bonus given unless otherwise stated.



so i was mis leaded and i will call the manager when he get in.

any help or suggestion would be great b/c i am out 380 with my deposit

ouch man... dont know about any advice i could give u to help, cept that in the future, with any bonuses with casinos, before u even begin make sure to talk to live chat and get them to tell u exactly what the requirements are, so that they have a copy of what they told u, then make sure to follow em from there. Tough break man, its funny how they waited to tell you , AFTER u deposited....

i played slots to release the bonus b/c i knew that was the only game to play 15x the bonus to release it. it say certain games but they dont tell you what games.

I too had a large amount of winnings from my recent win at the NDN blackjack tournament. I withdrew $350.00 as well, and it was approved without any conflicts today. I however didnt have any sign-up or no deposit bonuses attached to my account when I signed up, and will keep everyone updated here on any news of it and what happened.

If you violated the bonuses terms and conditions then I will see if I can get them to refund your deposit amount.
