What a crazy round I played.
My 8 iron cost me 4 strokes.

I started off bogey double bogey birdie triple bogey bogey
I'm plus 6 after 5.
Then birdie par birdie birdie, I'm in with 39 wow.
I got me a round after all.
Now I am getting tired since I am walking for the 1st time in over a year of no golf.
Back nine I started par par and lipped out a birdie, then bogey bogey on the par 5 and par 3.
I pulled a 70 yard chip on my approach cost me a par.
Then it was par par bogey bogey
+4 on the back and +7 on the round.
Bogey and I break 80 and I am thrilled.
18th hole is a hard dog leg left but only 291.
I hit a perfect drive with 130 left.
I was so tired I decided to hit a 9 iron instead of a pitching wedge.
I pulled it left of the green into a ditch.
I chunked out and had 30 feet left for my par.
Of course I made it with a 2 foot break and shot a surprising 78.
Just as I had predicted.
FN snow man on the par 5 4th pissed me off.
I can only wonder what my round would have been if I could hit my 8 iron.
all four 8 irons I hit went way right.
I'm thinking I gave 6 strokes away.
My playing partner shot 55 and 46 for a 101
