Suited or non suited doesn't matter. AQ isn't that strong of a hand. Did you know that you are behind 22 preflop? I think most everyone agree's that your raise preflop was way to big for both the strength and number of players in the hand. Like I said before, you need to consider what they might have and bet accordingly. If you price an opponent in, they will call everytime chasing any draw. This is why being able to assign ranges to your opponents is so important.

ok sue everyone is telling you to bet pre flop 3-5 times the Big blind, which is the correct play.

But i liked your raise, b/c it is a ten cent tourney and you have to play Big or go home in those .10 mtt. Now where you made your mistake was you needed to shove to follow up on your 9x BB raise. And if he folds you win 550 which is a nice pot for 25/50 blinds.
