This is a letter I wrote to the local newspaper in response to
a womans rantings about Obama and the radical hippies taking over her
beloved America. She used the fox in the hen house analogy and then claimed it was her fault because quote " we left the gate open ".

I found my parady of the situation to be quite funny.
What do you think?

We left the gate open?

Leaving the gate open to the hen isn't the end of world.
Instead of wasting alot of energy on trying to keep the fox out,
why not use the space to start a nice garden.
Be sure to keep the gate closed this time,
to keep out the deer and the rabbits.
