And then you remember why you play:

In a $7.5 300 chip super turbo matrix, I was dealt 99 once, TT twice (in a row) JJ once, QQ twice, AA three times, AK twice, AJ five times, AT 2 times

I finished 1st/2nd/3rd/5th and won the Matrix by over 10 points. I would have cashed all four by A9 busted my AJ.

At one point I was chip lead in 3/4 and in second in the fourth.

    That's why I don't gamble at poker.
    Cash games is a gamble.
Stay cheap and keep it a hobby and you will never have a problem.

Ugh I'm getting so frustrated to the point of giving up on Full Tilt.

I got beat out of THREE SnGs on FTP today on 2 outers on the river. THREE F'IN TIMES. I would have likely cashed in all 3 if I won the hands. 5 freakin' %

The last one was final 4 of a SnG and I pushed with KK to 99 and river 9. Would have put me at 1.75x second place, but instead I was out on bubble.

    Awesome.

To be quite honest, I would quit now. You don't seem to understand variance or the theory of odds. The only hand you can NEVER lose with is a Royal Flush. Every other hand, flop, preflop, turn, and river can be beat. You are going to lose many hands in tournaments and in cash game. If you can't seem to stomach that, then quit playing poker for money. Another thing to consider is how many times did you suck out on someone else? How many of those actually went to showdown so you could verify you sucked out? How many times have you flopped a set against an over pair and won the hand?

I got crushed twice today on 3 outters hitting twice on the river as well. So lets make it 100 times.

I'm not playing MTTs or cash games. Variance means **** to me.

I got sucked out three times in a row on 2 outters. I call bull **** if you are claiming that wouldn't frustrate you. Stop trying to take a moral high ground when you know damn well you'd be pissed to.

I know full well it's supposed to "even out" in the long run. I don't need you to state the obvious. That doesn't take the sting out of losing as a heavy favorite multiple times consecutively, especially when it would take weeks for that to even out variance when considering the amount of hands I actually play a day.
