The current form is for week four of the season.

Entries for each week are due by 11:59 PM on the Wednesday before each week begins so that's why the form is for the next week.

This week so far, I have picked 11 winners. How is everyone else doing? I was on a roll with the 1pm games and the 4pm games killed me. At least I picked the right loser the week!
