    :Happy thirsty thursday everyone!
Are you ready for some football picks???!?!?!!

    BIG GAME TONIGHT!
    No. 22 Nebraska @ No.18 Missouri

this is gonna be a great game, guaranteed.
Both teams are off to a solid start of the season, and approaching the midway point...

I think Mizzou wins this one by atleast 7, mostly because 3 of Nebraskas DB's are injured/out...2 safeties and a cornerback. And we all know how Mizzou is a "pass first" type of team. Nebraska will score some points but will fall short in the early 4th quarter in this game. One thing that bothers me is how well they played defense against Va. Tech. They lost 16-15 to a top contender in the BCS running. My pick for this game is either Missouri beating the spread at 3.5(100 units), or Missouri moneyline(50 units), as well as the UNDER @50 Pts.(200 units)

wow, can't believe i missed the second half! what a great game. I fell asleep just before halftime with mizzou up 9-0, then the rain stops and Nebraska plays football and scores 27 points in the fourth quarter! So my spread pick was off, but I knew that the under was good at 50 points. Good thing i made that my 500 unit pick and the spread was only a 100 unit pick!

also, kudos to the Nebraska Cornhuskers. They showed alot of poise when the game was on the line last night. Their QB threw some errant passes, but the recievers made solid breaks on the ball, and made things happen. Nebraska is looking like a legit team.

god hiow much do i love it when college football games are on wed nights. Especially when it's two well known teams such as Boise State @ Tulsa!

tonights pick is neither team beat or coverign the spread because this is always a good matchup between these teams. My pick is the over @53. This pick should be a lock considering that last year there was over 85 points scored in this game. Boise state itself is averaging 40.2 PPG and Tulsa is averaging 32.8 . I can't wait to watch this game tonight, mainly because i only have to wait 2 days a week to watch football, college or pro!

What are everyones thoughts about the New York Giants versus the New Orleans Saints next week??? This seems like a hard pick for me, and I honestly dont believ there are any clear cut over/unders here, but I piced the giants because their defense seem a bit more stout and stronger IMO. God what a nightmare of a pick.

I truly believe that the giants will win this one. Honestly, they are the best team in the NFL right now. They dominate the ground game, and their defense is REDICULOUS. All much needed characteristics of a championship contender. The game that decided this for me was the Jets/Saints game. Yes they beat down the jets, BUT Drew Brees died a little bit that game when put to the test against a good defense. Drew Brees is what makes that team live or die, hes the Tom Brady of New Orleans, and if he has a bad game, the whole team sucks. The giants could have David Carr(who by the way, the giants will trade next year for a top reciever) in the game and still score 30+ points, as long as he gives love to his buddies Bradshaw and Jacobs.

    Giants 27-Saints 13

    in which case...

    Giants Moneyline
    Giants covering -3
    and the Under at 47.5
