Team Competition Poll

It seems pretty obvious that if this is going to happen, someone is going to have to take control, but we need to at least get down a basic idea first.

So here's a poll to discuss whether it should be a team thing where every member gets to play 1 buyin per x amount of time (with their own money of course, no investors here) up to a specified price level (say, each member plays one 18 person (up to) $10 SnG per week and their profit (over the buy in) is added to the team's total for the month. (they would have to let everyone else know when so you can't just play 10 a week and pick your best one)

Or, we could have teams and everyone enters the same freeroll (or a similar freeroll, we could allow people to join one of several with very similar fields so as to allow for scheduling conflicts) and their places are all combined to see which team as a collective did the best.


Once we get down this, we can move on to chip wagering, rules, buyins, etc.

Well it's a team competition right?

If you play sports you don't just play one game and that counts for the winnings depending on you place so with that same logic I think it should be the 1 buyin x the amount of time.

And this could last 6 weeks. It's a team competition so it could be short and fun and something very exciting for the forum to participate in this as well.

I still have 8 weeks before I pop so I actually would be able to help set this up with TerpZone and would be more than happy to help get this started. It sounds great and fun.

Now prizes could be chips because ndn is going to participate and now chips are more valuable so maybe there could be a buy in to participate and then and added prize for the winners.

The team gets the prize divided amongst them, and if they win then they get to split the cash as well, so it'd be win-win.

Just let me know what everyone thinks and we can start planning asap.
