Definitely have InetBet set you up with a QuickTender/UseMyWallet account (if you don't have one already).

You deposit to QuickTender using any Visa card (they are never declined).

You withdraw from QuickTender via bank wire to your checking/savings account.

It's a good reliable option that I use often.
