Question - how did you get rep in 1 post?

I think I remember NDN saying that he automatically put all current members at a certain time in tier 2, whenever he changed the system to where new people don't start out with rep. So that would mean since this person's been around a while he would fall into that category even though he never posted to earn it. I think.
