San Jose Sharks just got alot better

well i was just watching our local news station and there has been a report from nhl sources that said the sharks just got dany heatley in a 3 team trade. omg my dream of a stanley cup in san jose might have just came tru. well we did give up patrick marleau . that really hurts because he was my fave hockey player and he is a long time shark. he came intot he league at 18 with us and has played 11 great seasons with us. he is only 29 so the kings got a deal. the trade goes down like this.

San Jose Sharks get Dany Heatley. Forward from the senators

Ottawa Senators get Jarret Stoll, and Alexander Frolov both forwards from the kings

The Kings get Patrick Marleau from my home town sharks.

man this will be one of the greatest trades of our teams existance beside the fleecing of the bruins for Joe (Im big daddy) Thornton

Patty u will be missed but if a cup comes to town just think u had something to do with it by being trade bait.

not sure how many hockey fans we got but you long time members know how much i love the sharks.

i used to big hockey fan but fell off. i seen this trade last night on espn but it also said the sharks and sens gm both deny this report. i am sure more light will be shed on this then next few days.

well yeah but when i watched the local news. our sports caster Raj Mathai said he got a call from sharks gm doug wilson and he tol raj that its not official. welll that tells me one thing that trade is on and the legue needs to approve it. fromm all that i have been reading in the sharks website chatroom is that the sharks and sens neeed 1 more team to facilitate the trade and the kings obliged them. dean lombardi was the ex gm of the sharks(no gm of kings) and he has always been a marleau fan. so i say in 24-48 hours my dreams will come true. also there is a rumor the sharks in talks with the bruins about phil kessel. wow that would be a nice pick up also.

well the trade finally went thru and it didtn go down as reported. i think the kings backed out so the sharks just went direct with the sens adn we got our man

sharks traded cheechoo and michalek and a 2nd rounder

sens traded heatley and a 5th rounder.

man here comes the cup.
