Dont give up lilred we all suck and then we all rule at times its the way it works!! I have had days when I wanted to throw my computer across the room into a wall and smash everything. then there are those days I stare into the monitor and say to myself "comeon call me" I am about to send you to the rail. the truly best players learn to deal with upswings and low swings on a level headed playing field. not too excited with winning and not too much anger with losing. I have heard and read that phil ivey is suppose to be the best at this in the world but I dont know.Hang in there!!

well i wouldnt call the 33 hand donk play on his part one bit. he was chip leader and made a 3x bb raise preflop with very low pp. i seen worst play from people on this forum but anyways.......the flop was great for him. he flop a gut shot st8 draw and with that low board he could of easily put you on ak or aq. with you push i see it as a easy call for him to make. turns out you have kk and he is a big underdog. he only has 7 outs and happens to hit on the river. yes you had bad luck witht his hand but i can see why and how he could call this and play this.

A Donk is a good reference now days.

You have to be willing to donk to win.

You are right about it not being a donk play.

    I just like saying DONK

not to beat a dead horse(you), but if your going to raise 400 of your stack of 1300, which would be just under 1/3, why not just shove, let him make a bad decision and runner a straight, atleast you know you got your money in way ahead, after that flop he had more outs that james bond himself and if i had as much invested into that pot postflop as he did with a stack to start of 4k, id call to hit too without much worry, remember he's thinking postflop that he only HAS TO invest 800 more to win roughly 15-1600...I wouldnt put myself in that position in the first place personally but he was big stack and gambled.
