Scary Dreams

Okay so I feel like I should get this out to make me feel better. I have been having really bad dreams about the most random things ever! They are really scary and usually involve someone dying. Like last night my friend was going into the hospital because she was having problems with her medications and her heart started failing? She doesn’t even take medications at all and I just really think this is so scary. What does it mean?

My other dreams are just kind of weird where people are really mean and some of them I don’t know and it scares me a lot. My dreams have been really vivid lately and I remember them after I wake up. I have also been waking up at different times of the night. I think I need to say some prayers and ask for help with this because it is really bothering me a lot.

Do you have any new stress in your life? I was told before high stress will cause what you have going on with the dreams. and dont eat before bed that ALWAYS gives me weird dreams.

well i always look at dreams as just dreams. i personally dont think they mean anything. i know some of you will not agree but it is just me. i have bad dreams myself but then i have good dreams also. nothing changes and no i know has anything wrong with them. i dont know i think good and bad dreams are healthy for us. they balance out what we have in our heads.
